{one} Friday morn: Councillor nominee shortlisting. Audrey, Zebin & I were all accepted in the council! Or something like that, LOL. Shuang man, our class all the nominees got in. For Bessy's class, only she got in though. /: Apparently Ashley got out at the first phase followed by Joanna at the second phase. ._. My duty is class duty. Think I'm under a councillor called Daphine & we're taking care of 203. :l Suay's 102; Bessy's 105 (!); I'm not sure about Audrey & Zebin. x] KAO EH WHY I TAKE CARE OF SEC 2 CLASS. shit zz. :l

{two} Saturday: JPS ALUMNI HOMECOMING & FAMILY DAY! (screams!) I tell you, Saturday owned man. The whole day totally rocked. Especially since Elvin Ng came to Jurong Primary. XD Omgsh, and before Saturday I was like guessing if he would go or not. I even asked my mom to ask Aunty Linda if he's going. And turned out he rly went. Aha. x) Took manymany photos, shall post 'em soon. [: (Shit, now I have to post the previous alumni meeting's photos and upload + post the alumni homecoming day's photos. x.x)

Back from badminton training @ Clementi Sports Hall. Am stinky like dno what shit now. ):

Yesterday.

We got our Geography CT papers back. Towards the end of the Geography lesson, teared till my eyes went red (bla, they always anw) as I rested my head on my table, afraid to let anyone discover my then emotions. When it was time to greet Ms Wong (Ms. Ha. -.-) at the end of the lesson, I had no choice but to stand up with red and somewhat swollen (maybe..?) eyes. Got some unwanted (didn't mean it in a mean way, haha) attention from nearby classmates, of course.

I mean, you would feel the same as me if you were in MY shoes, won't you? Failing Geography - my most dreaded subject ever since the time I had a bad experience from a class test some time ago - and by just a pathetic f*cking mark - was totally not what I wanted to get. If I have to fail, at least give me a straight grade. Not a pissing D7. And I find it totally NOT worth getting that stupid grade by mugging and burning midnight oil countless times. It's rly unfair.

Either I rly didn't revise that well after all those revisions, or maybe I DO have a psychological barrier between Geog and I (once again, referring to that exp I got from a test. Shan't elaborate), or perhaps I'm just plain stupid.

If I am, it means Geography really doesn't like me, then.

Today.

For today, we received our HCL, Bio & History CT papers back. I got satisfying grades - for none of the 3 subjects. Bio, I forgot how much I got (don't blame me, blame my random STML), but my impression was that I scored one or two marks lower than Audrey..? History, got 17 out of 30. Got an extra mark from Ms Sathi after letting her examine my paper again, thanks to Audrey for her persuasion. (cuz I was pretty pessimistic of the chance of earning extra marks) HCL was the worst. I failed. By half a mark.

Geography's already bad enough for me, and now this? Wow.

Tears welled up in my eyes numerous times in class. I rly, rly detest my History & HCL marks, esp HCL. Couldn't bear it any longer and went straight to the toilet when the lunch bell rang and hid myself in the cubicle to ease myself. And cry.

Sometimes I really think I'm such a coward.

And, I can only conclude that I have totally no luck for this second Common Tests. And it's my problem too, I admit. For those subjects that I passed, I merely brushed through the failing line. And as for those that I failed, I fell just very slightly below the passing grade. I could have passed by just getting a half mark or one mark. How cool is that.

I rly don't think I'd want to know how well I fared for the rest of the papers. Knowing five is enough alrdy. back to top?

TAMAN JURONG COMMUNITY CENTRE NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATION PARTY ROCKED. ♥


celebrated with puikay, dreys, qi song, shanna, jeremy & ivan (turns out he's my ex-schmate in jps - i knew that cuz i recognised him but i didn't know his name xD). we met nana & song boon, though. [:

anyway, i shall start from the very beginning of the day. <3

at around 6:00 pm, puikay smsed me to sms her my address so she & audrey (dreys, not audrey in 104 :D) can fetch me. then after a while, i was combing my hair at the mirror perpendicular to the main door before getting ready to go out, then suddenly someone called "Mandy!" from outside. i cried out and turned towards the main door and tada. puikay & dreys were alrdy outside TT. I DIDN'T KNOW THEY CAME SO FAST ALRIGHT, zz lol.

walked to audrey's house there cuz dreys wanted to change her pants to shorts as she said she felt very warm wearing it. while me and puikay laogong (♥) were waiting for her, i took some photos. :D
afterwards, we headed to taman jurong cc to find nana & jeremy & qi song. oh, & shanna too.
then we slacked ar'nd & stuff. didn't even rly watch the performance and concert, heh XD

at around early night or something. then.. dreys got emo or someth. ): cried & stuff. but in the end she was alright. :D & got even more hyper than before LOL. ^^

oh & we saw xd. {gags}
we hid like siao like that when we saw him. then we went to the 2nd floor to see him better, cuz he was at the ground floor. lmao. he wore a yellow shirt. o.o

shall skip some minor stuff, :D

went to dreys' house. saw this cute lil' ginger kitten & puikay and me stroked it :DD then took the lift up to dreys' house. then when qi song went in the lift, it began beeping. LOL, TOO MUCH WEIGHT XD then he stepped out. the beeping stopped. HAHAHA. he tried entering again then the beeping sounded again, LOLOL. we laughed like sheet.
in the end, we left him outside with the ginger kitten staring at him. then he was like looking at the cat too HAHAHA. chao funny luh! xB
thenthen, went to jeremy's house. me & dreys koped one fererro rocher each before leaving. [:

& as for the celebration, the ending was totally disappointing lah. we expected lots of confetti but in the end there was only a small amount of confetti being launched out. pathetic luh ):

later, qi song and ivan went home. then puikay walked home too. then left me, dreys and jeremy. we went to s11 cuz dreys wanted to buy herself a drink. later i parted with them cuz mommy & meiyu jeh were at s11 too to fetch me. XD

went t suntec city convention hall today late afternoon with mum, george kor & meiyu jeh for th travel fair. :D

went t eat @ food republic first. had sliced fish soup. <3 heh.

after walking ar'nd @ th travel fair, we decided to went t th 6th floor t see th world cyber games at convention hall 602 (or 603? hahah forgot :x) at th 6th flr. after some persuasion from me, LOL. :x

wcg rocks lah! it's chao nice. th ambience, th games, th people, everything. :D well i'm sort of a gamer myself, after all. so of cuz it's interesting t me. XD but cuz th time we reached thr was alrdy kinda late, we missed quite a number of events. when we reached th 6th flr we alrdy saw th winners for th rpg games etc holding th giantic plastic cheque and posing for th cameras. XB so yeah.

i played th racing game thr. k, that's rather expected. LOL. so cool lah, there's many games for you t play. and there's 2 loooong rows of computers for rpgs. but it's alrdy closed t th public. we reached late ma. /:

we took many photos on th graffiti board walls too. :D damn nice. graffiti art is freakin' cool.

left th wcg convention hall at around 7. went to starbucks (<3). hot choc drink with whipped cream & mum had chilled mango drink. then i played my sims2 in my phone, lmao. :B

was & am sick currently. ):

& it all started on last wednesday night, which i spent the whole of it on mugging for geog.
(which, predictably, didn't occur on thursday. ms wong postponed it to next week. freak.)
i think it was because i didn't drink enough water that night. ): then after many hours on my eyes being glued to the textbook & scribbling notes like dno what sai, i finally came out of my bedroom and asked mei yu jie to test me. then my voice came out cracked & dry. :l

yup, probably thanks to my habit of not drinking water regularly. blah.
but that time wasn't too bad, cuz there wasn't any phlegm, yet. XD just dry cough, as i call it. but it didn't cure the next day, even after the councillor nominee interview. (aw shucks, don't talk about it x_x). & after school, i did the stupidest thing one could possibly do when having a dry cough: buying honey milk bubble tea after school.
yay to me again. cuz that stupid act made me have sore throat, causing my immune resistance to be low and thus catching flu the next morning, & feeling feverish for a short while in the morning (my temp was 36.6 degrees Celsius tho, LOL). & yah i had to borrow so many packets of tissue paper from puikay & other classmates -_- & despite that, my illnesses didn't recover even after school.
anyway, that's how i got my sore throat, cough & cold. -.-
went to the doctor at clementi polyclinic after school with mum. got the prescription, went home & slept from 5pm to 9pm after eating my medicine. i also had mc for tomorrow, just for one day.
but still, i had to miss today morning's badminton training & elite training just for that. DD: shucks lahhhhh.

but anyway, i'm feeling much better now. :D cold has tong1-ed (no blocked nose or bad flu alrdy), & my cough's slightttly better now. heh. :B

so uhm.
conclusion: never fall sick. cuz the feeling of being sick just sucks. ):

today was the councillor nominee interview for our class & 105's. and zomg, i swear i could almost die from the tension.
although i was rather optimistic & more to excited than nervous before the interview (much to my surprise). which is good lah :D and plus i'm like, the first one to go in the classroom (ours! :D) to take th interview.
weimann didn't interview our group. she was sent to interview in class 105. /:
& i recognised yueli & si an among the interviewers, and yeah, that's about it. i think there's like 4 to 5 upper sec councillors.
the interview was overall okay, but i felt i could have performed way better. & i stuttered a little in the process. D: LIKE OMG. x_x my tension/nervousness developed only in the process of the interview, heh. but still, ):
audrey was chao tensed up lah! even before i was sent in. TT. she was after me.
and i was looking at her (back) & the councillors who were interviewing her. cuz they were facing us, i didn't dare to stare too long. but there was once i noticed the expression of the councillors and by the looks of it, i reckon audrey answered well to their question & they were like, maybe satisfied. RAHHHH ): audrey might get shortlisted, y'know. given her ability to shoot good answers, in the debate variety. :D
blah. i'm losing a little self-esteem now.
though the interview was somewhat hard at times, there were chao random/lame/hilarious questions lah. for example, ze bin said he was asked, "How is the grass out there?" (referring to the grass field outside that classroom). ROFL lah. & joanna said she was asked what her favourite colour was. HAHAHAH. XD
too bad i'm the first one to be interviewed, so the councillors didn't run out of questions to ask. thus i wasn't asked any random question. DX lmfao.
ugh. hope for th best yah. :B
