I watched Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging yesterday evening at The Cathay with Ruixuan and it was AWESOME. :)

It was a sneak preview and RX got this pair of free tickets to catch it. Everyone she asked to watch the movie with her wasn't free, so I decided to go with her instead. XD Thanks for the free ticket! Haha.

Yes, it's the movie made after the funny teenage series of novels by Louise Rennison! I used to be extremely addicted to the book series last year or so, and I think I got Bessy to read it as well if I'm not wrong. I read up every novel in the series. P: The movie's based on the first two novels, Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging and It's OK, I'm wearing really big knickers. I never knew there was a movie made after these novels this year till Ruixuan asked me to watch it. :o

Juicy bits | AARON JOHNSON, THE BRITISH 18-YEAR-OLD ACTOR WHO ACTED AS ROBBIE (THE SEX GOD) IN THE MOVIE. 8D My impression of Robbie in the novels was that he was much older than the Robbie in the movie. But heck, Aaron Johnson's bloody hot as well. 8)

Funny bits | You can find LOADS of them in the movie. It's very uplifting and hilarious. :) Plus there's plenty of teenage Brit slang in the movie (lifted on the novel of course!) so it's pretty interesting, haha.
Georgia's little sister, Libby and Angus, the family cat, are supercrackkk being together. Libby dressed Angus up as a bride and sang "Here comes the bride, here comes the bride!" Cute! XD
For me, I don't find any major bad points about the movie, so it's a pretty cute movie to watch. :D
Rating | 3.5/5! Mwahaha. Actually it's like somewhere between 3.5 & 4 but.. nevermind. :o

I think it's a movie worth watching; it's like a bundle of humour, friendship, love and family all mixed into one, and it's really fun to watch. :D Watch it if you can! It's out on 18 Dec, same day as Twilight, lmaoz.
