Yay time to feed my dahling blog with updaaaaaates! :D

Kay, serious stuff first.
My house will be sold. :O
Yesterday night, the buyers & agents came over 'ere to look at the house. And this time's variation resulted in a whopping 260K! It's craaaaazy okay, considering the fact that this unit is at Taman Jurong (heard that units here are like, not very valuable). The previous time when my parents sent our house for the variation, it couldn't even reach 250K, which was the price that my dad wanted to sell. :/ And now? PWOOSH, shoot to 260K.
And there's more - there's more than one buyer & thus they're raising the offer repeatedly. The current offer now's like 288K?! Big increase right. :O

I'm quite happy that we'll be finally shifting houses & moving into a better house, but there's two sides to everything, isn't it?

PROS,
+ New & better house! I'm not satisfied with my current home's size. :B Too small. HEH.
+ MY MOM PROMISED TO BUY ME A LAPTOPPIE IF THE HOUSE IS SOLD. WHEEEEE. I ain't rich okie, I don't have tablets nor laptops nor computers like other rich kids. D: And this this my main point of shifting house, I guess. LOL.
+ New neighbourhood friends who study in NH too? Lmao.
+ New neighbourhood! Whee.
+ Three words - Change is good. 'Nuff said? :D

CONS,
- I won't be living in the same neighbourhood as Puikay, Lihui, Elycia, Dreys & Puikay's friends. D: Sad luhhhhh.
- Shifting is super time-consuming. :/
- Idk what else to add in already. LOL.

Bleah. I don't know when we'll be moving, though. Perhaps next year during the June holidays bah. I'm not sure. :S
