ZOMG, I finally completed the quiz. x_x Took me eons to edit the spacings & text style etc. Zz.

Walked to Central with Lihui & Huihui after school and went to McD's to meet Mom. Cooled down for awhile before going to Clementi Polyclinic for my left sprained feet. ):

The doctor was some guy who speaks Chinese and sometimes speaks so.. weirdly it turns out muffled, LOL. After he checked my foot he said I had to go for an X-ray in the polyclinic. AAHH ):

At the X-ray/radiology area or whatever sai, I had to sign on this form thingie which the receptionist gave to confirm that I wasn't PREGNANT O_O Like wtf? AND THE WORDS ON IT WERE DAMN HILARIOUS LA. Below the line for the signature was this:

"I hereby certify that I am not pregnant."

I wasn't sure whether the first few words were correct or not, cuz I couldn't rly remember. :l But the point is that the sentence is freaking straight-to-the-point, in-yer-face & hilarious at the same time.

Roflolmfao. It's so absurb la. XD I stared at the sentence, hahaha.

Then we had to wait for an hour for the X-ray results to develop. O_O So we went to eat first, then we returned.

The X-ray report said something like, "Left, sprain. No fracture."
LOL, IF I HAD FRACTURED MY FEET I WOULDN'T BE WALKING ALMOST NORMALLY RIGHT. AHA. xD

Okay, crap. :x

Prescription was: some cream thingie for application on the injury & pandadol painkiller. Ack D:

K, that's about all. Have to chiong A&D reflection later D: Anyone knows how and what to write? Aah.
