ohgosh. had body ache, like what i had presumed yesterday. due to yesterday's 3 hour non-stop pt after school. D: and today's training contributed a little too. x_x

ohwells, at least there's no elite tmrw. hope i can recover by next week then :D cuz there will be elite next week luh. 1-4pm. :B

my badminton still ain't so good. i need much more practice to improve myself. awh. ): too bad i couldn't attend all those trainings during th last week of june holidays. so many events cropped up -.- sigh. but anw, i'm actually pretty glad that there's so many trainings nowadays. :D plenty of chances for me to train and improve. yaye.

well then, nothing much to say left. shall end my post here :D
